We understand that a builder's ability to connect with their clients is of utmost importance. Wentworth Builders is committed to providing our customers with exactly what they want -- we accomplish this through communication, either in person, via phone, fax, e-mail, and through the use of digital photos, to let you know that your project is on track, with no surprises, and it will be the way you have always visualized it.

Wentworth Builders' open communication extends to the bid process as well. When a potential client asks for a quote, we provide them with all of the costs broken out in each category of the building process. The customer is included every step of the way so that they can maintain control of their construction costs. During construction, our customers receive copies of all invoices on a monthly basis.

Why Build in Michigan?

The reasons that so many people choose to build homes in Northwest Michigan are obvious: the abundance of natural beauty and endless recreational opportunities. Unlike other parts of Michigan, our geography can provide unique challenges and opportunities when selecting a location to build a new home or cottage. At Wentworth Builders, we work together with our homeowners and take the time to consider all of the related aspects of the building site. We view our finished work as an extension of our homeowners' original vision and ensure that all phases of construction meet our standards of the highest quality, artistry and careful attention to detail. We cater to discriminating homeowners who appreciate exceptional architecture, high quality craftsmanship, and personalized interior design. Professionalism is our primary focus.

A collaborative effort should enhance, not constrain, the imagination. "If you open the door to creative thinking, people will show you what they want," Kennard says. "Show us your dreams and we will bring them to life."

Scott: Over the holidays in Harbor Springs (which we love!), I received and put together my first wooden puzzle and the brand was Wentworth! I had fun doing it and there were some unusual shaped pieces. I thought of Wentworth often as I worked on the puzzle and about how fortunate we were to be able to have Wentworth build the wonderful house in which I was sitting. I can't believe we will be there 3 years this summer! The house has lived up to all of our expectations and then some! And we have used it a lot - every room in the house is used multiple times each year, and we are happy to have friends and family be able to share our dream home. In fact, our niece, Andrea, was engaged on our front porch in November and she will be getting married in HS in August with the reception at The Boathouse. I remember you mentioning at one time that you and your family did puzzles so I wanted to share a Wentworth puzzle with you. Hope that you enjoy putting it together! Thanks for making our dreams come true! Please feel free to stop by any time you are in our neighborhood!
